You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). Nestled into six acres of private forested land, this studio apartment has everything you need for the perfect stay, including a visiting porch, private bath with shower and tub, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dining nook, sitting area, and queen sized bed. Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine trail, and a quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive!

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.
