The Seed Pod, This is a typical farm house located under a well established canopy of giant thorn trees old gnarled lead-wood and has a stunning view of the southern side of the Marakele National Park Mountains. Around the house there are numerous animals such as Nyala, Sable and Impala not to mention all the bird life. We have a caterer available should you wish someone to cook for you on your behalf. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable bushveld escape. Enjoy uninterrupted views at the secluded Otters Edge, the only cottage situated at the dam. The cottage comprises 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and open plan lounge/kitchen. Relax and lounge on the large daybeds in the window. or get warm and cozy around the combustion fireplace. Enjoy quiet bushveld days, long nature walks, fish in the dam or a self drive game viewing (4x4 only) alternatively arrange for a game drive with Syringa Sands.

Rondebossie: Restful Farm Family Retreat

Beautiful farm experience with breathtaking sunsets. The space is comfortable, well equipped and newly renovated, it consists of a large lounge area, dining room and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of these share a full bathroom with a shower and 1 of these has its own en suite bathroom with a luxurious bath. There is a patio overlooking indigenous bush, waterfall and a lake. A great feature of the property is its location, centrally situated near the main road and numerous wedding venues.

The Watermill Cabin

Nestled among ancient pines, the 50-year-old cabin stands on the banks of the Broederstroom River, overlooking a magical waterfall. A 2km gravel road drive from Haenertsburg. ( Accessible to most cars, not sports cars) will bring you to the charming cabin. A double story with the bedroom on the first floor ( mind the steps) and the fully self-catering living space and bathroom, downstairs. A few feet from the cabin, you will have your own private deck with braai facilities. Enjoy!
