Great getaway to enjoy marshmallows and a roaring fire, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, boating or enjoy a great movie. For downhill skiers proximity to King Pine, Sunday River, Shawnee Peak and Black Mountain. Cross country and snow shoeing on property and on the lake. If you have a snow mobile- great trails available. Finally, great shopping in nearby North Conway at the outlets.

A sprawling lakefront escape on 5 private acres in a secluded cove on Lake Arrowhead. Exceptionally comfortable and spacious, with king beds and private bathrooms. Outside, enjoy direct access to a shallow shoreline—perfect for fishing, wading, or kayaking. Located in rural Limerick, Maine, this space is designed for quiet family getaways. Limerick has zero commercial bustle, though coastal dining and shopping in Portland and Kennebunkport are just 45 minutes away.

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.

The fall season is amazing for hiking, biking and ATV'ing, fishing, and leaf peeping. Winter months offer great snowmobiling, skating and fishing, and cross-country skiing. Perfectly located for day trips into Portland, Kennebunk, Freeport, Kittery, and Old Orchard Beach.

Beautiful four bedroom two bath home located on Balch Lake in West Newfield Maine. Two private docks and your own boat launch. Sandy beach area on the south side of the house receives lots of sunshine. Take out kayaks or pedal boat to explore Balch Lake! Updated kitchen and a magnificent view of the lake from the living room. Relax in the shade under 2 motor canopies on the deck off of the master bedroom. Enjoy a barbeque and go for a swim at this hidden gem.

Welcome to the Luna Lake House, your very own lakefront retreat! Just 2 hrs from Boston and 1 hour from Portland, this is the perfect getaway. You get the entire house to yourself! This 1,810 sq ft house has 100 ft of private waterfront, a wood burning stove, private dock (June-October) and outdoor bonfire pit for your enjoyment. With incredible sunset views and it’s amazing location, you will make lasting memories in this one of a kind experience.

Clear clean spring fed lake. 25 minutes to Portland with access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 45 minutes to North Conway New Hampshire. Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. Great for extended families and friends.
