Beautiful Seaside Retreat Opposite Whitstable Harbour Located in the heart of Whitstable, our beautiful seaside retreat is directly opposite the harbour and just a stone’s throw from the beach. Perfectly positioned, it’s the ideal base for exploring Whitstable’s charming High Street, with its independent shops, cafés, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. The apartment features a large, cosy lounge with a dining table, Smart TV, games and books – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the town. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you fancy a cosy night in. The modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and we provide fresh towels, toiletries and a hairdryer for your convenience. To help you start your day, we include a complimentary breakfast hamper containing pastries, cereal, fruit, jam, butter, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. Please note that the log burner is ornamental and is not for guest use. The apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. Its central location is right at the heart of Whitstable benefiting from its own private parking space. All you have to do is turn up, everything is within walking distance. The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.

Old Smock Windmill in rural Kent

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
