Early check-in/late checkout by request. 1 bed & 1 sleeper sofa; can add air mattress if requested. No kitchen, but there's a hot/cold water machine, fridge, coffee makers, cups/plates/silverware, microwave, wine chiller, panini press, Foreman grill, and blender.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking/vaping on premises.

The light-filled, spacious apartment is located in the quiet Houserville area of State College. Its central location gives guests easy access to all that State College has to offer—2.9 miles from Beaver Stadium, 4.3 miles from Old Main, and 1.8 miles from groceries, restaurants, and shopping. The location is perfect for peace and quiet, while being very close to it all. This unit is detached and not part of the main house.

McCann, 25 minutes to Juniata college. The handcrafted sauna easily accommodates 4 people. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is located beside Spring Creek and is a wonderful place to relax with a large grassy backyard and deck. Compact in size with plenty of charm. Strict NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTIES, NO PETS.
