The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. A compact value for money, basic, clean, comfortable and well equipped cottage. NOTE: shower over bath, one double bed is small 4ft double. No pets, Non-Smoking. Check-out 1000. It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles parking. No shop local. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop or takeaway is 5 miles. Tesco Waitrose deliver. I do my best to point all of this out.

This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

This country cottage dates to 1880. It is on the outskirts of Wenhaston, 5 miles from the coast. It is a real escape to the country, overlooking Suffolk Wildlife Trust reserve. With cows grazing and birds singing it seems idyllic. Lavender cottage sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, a king size master, double bedroom and single bedroom. The modern kitchen/diner with new appliances has dining for 6, while the cosy living room has a log burner. Accessed down a bridle path.
