Fra dette sentrale overnattingsstedet har hele gruppen enkel tilgang til hva det måtte være. Busstopp ligger 70 meter fra inngangen, expressbåt fra Bergen stopper 100 meter fra inngangen. Om vinteren går expressbåten til Sogndal, men i sommerhalvåret går den også til Flåm. Det går også turistrute på fjorden via samme havn. Leikanger Fjord Hotel ligger 40 meter fra inngangen, de har der egen fjordspa som eksterne gjester også kan benytte seg av. Hotellet har restaurant med lokal mat og pizza.

Eit godt utgangspunkt for fjellturer, ski, bading, fiske og friluftsliv. Ekspressbåt går dagleg til Flåm og Bergen. Huset er totalrenovert i 2024 og har 4 separate soverom, eige bad og kjøkken. Tre soverom i andre etasje med ei bratt trapp opp. Romslig stove med tv. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt. Sengklær og håndklær er inkludert.

A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.
