It is one of the only houses in the area with reliable high speed xfinity wifi. It is a short drive to so many of the popular Shenandoah National Park hikes and it's centrally located to so many of the popular breweries, wineries, restaurants, and adorable small towns.

We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. Welcome to Bayside Cottage, a newly renovated beach cottage in the very charming (Town of Colonial Beach), Virginia! The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is centrally located in town. Walk across the property to Bayside Marina, where you can watch the sun go down on the rooftop deck with a drink in hand (contact host for instructions) Bayside Cottage was recently fully renovated and is best suited for groups of 6.

Perfect Day/HotTub/Beach Access/Boat Slip

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Perfect Day! We are minutes from all of the wonderful things that make Lake Anna great! While the home is not water front, all guests have access to the private community beach and common areas less than one mile from the house as well as an assigned boat slip. The house offers a year around hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, jacuzzi tub and indoor fireplace.
