This is a 1,000 square foot apartment in an architecturally designed home. Walking upstairs to the apartment, guests will be in awe of the panoramic views of the St Lawrence River through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. The apartment has in-floor heating and AC throughout. Guests will enjoy a private waterfront backyard with a BBQ, fire pit and dock. Boat docking is sometimes possible to accommodate upon request.

You will be one minute from Marine Allard, where you can enjoy kayaking in summer. 3 minutes by car to the Highway 20 and only 20 minutes walk to the magnificent historic site of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue where you can enjoy a variety of good restaurants. Zoo Eco Museum is just 8 minutes drive which is the perfect place to kill time with young kids.
