A lovely and large 100m2 holiday apartment suitable for a small or large family. This apartment is centrally located & just 3m walk from the famous Finikoudes blue-flag sandy beach. Coming out of the building to the Zenonos Street you are immediately in the retail area of the town with lots of shops and cafeteria. Five minutes walk you are outside St' Lazarua church & three minutes from the municipal Fruit & Vegetable markets. My apartment is ideal if you wish to be in the center of it all.

Lively seafront with all its activities, and the charming small old-town streets behind, with many authentic taverns, bars, coffee shops will keep you well occupied. Many shops, several historical places to visit. Tourist info office just 300m away. Several buses per day to major cities, just a step away from the apartment. Lovely beach house.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment, right on the beach, with undisrupted seafront views. It's close to watersport facilities, Cyprus Tourism beach, hotels and restaurants. A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!

Apartment 404 is a 3 Bedroom top spec & fully equipped beach apartment offering breathtaking views, situated on the most famous beachfront of Larnaca, Finikoudes. It is situated on Tessera Fanaria which is the most luxurious of complex of Larnaca. The bed in 1 room is King Size (180x200cm), in the 2nd room a Queen Size (160x200) and in the 3rd room are two single beds (90x200cm).
