On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. Durch die Vollausstattung sollte jeder unserer Gäste bei uns alles finden, um sich praktisch wie zu Hause zu fühlen.

kleines Haus+Terrasse: 3 km vor Wien (15 min Zug)

Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
