This house used to be my grandmothers but there is nothing old about it! You can't get closer to Sparrow unless you are in the hospital. Parking for two cars on sight, with cars 3 and 4 parking next door at no cost. Convenient travel to Michigan State University, the Lansing Convention Center, and the Michigan State Capitol, with the #1 bus line running every 15 minutes to all locations. This charming upstairs apartment has a kitchen, one bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room to provide access for 4 to sleep. The renovated property has air conditioning unit to put a chill in the air if needed. There is a full bath, with access to shared laundry room two doors down. The unit has a tv with Youtube TV and access to other streaming channels if you use your own log-ins. We also have internet access so you can work or play. There is parking in the rear.

Reo Town River House

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
