Near main road so some traffic noise during day, is quiet at night. Not suitable for Quarantine.

Take a break and unwind at Middle Park. We are 2km north of Exeter in the heart of the Tamar Valley on a 2.5 acre block. You will have your own entrance, a comfortable bedroom & ensuite, private deck with BBQ and kitchenette with washing machine. Craig, Ruth and Stella the dog live in the other half of the house with our own entrance. Plenty of good walks, wineries and museums locally. Decks on both the East and West side of the house so great for sunrise and sunset! A great place to relax!

HENDERSONS is a beautiful, welcoming Federation-style home set along the picturesque Tamar River in Gravelly Beach, right in the heart of the Tamar Valley Wine Region in Northern Tasmania. The original section of the house is over 100 years old. Renovated in 2014, we chose to preserve many of its unique character features while adding our own decorative touches.
