Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich kernsaniert und komplett mit hochwertigen Schreinermöbeln ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist die wunderschöne Landshuter Altstadt in nur zwei Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Weg ins Zentrum führt durch den herrlichen Stadtpark entlang der Isar oder einfach über die Isarbrücke.

Sehr nahe zum Bahnhof. Zum Flughafen 30 und nach München 40 Minuten. Es stehen 3 Duschen, 3 Toiletten und eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner zur Verfügung. Inkl. Aufzug. Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
