A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm.
