There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just minutes away from I35 for easy commute to nearby attractions. The entire house is for AirBnB guests to enjoy & relax. Only AirBnB guests allowed on the premises, no exceptions. 4 reserved guests maximum, including children. Not suitable for toddlers. No parties, no events or gatherings. The owner, Tracy, stays in the rv at times. RV sits approx. 200’ from the house. RV blinds are kept closed & I respect guests privacy at all times.
