Unwind after a day of exploring in a cozy space featuring a private entrance, an exclusive kitchenette, a reading room, and a walkout to the back yard. A Highland Hideaway! 7 Blocks from Seattle Center and the New Climate Pledge Arena: Home to Music Concerts and The Seattle Kraken! Tickets to home hockey matches can be arranged! We are looking for those who want to enjoy the comforts of home, but be on vacation. We are close to all the best parts of Seattle- 8 blocks to the Seattle Center, 2 blocks to the 3/4 Bus Line, and walking distance to Downtown, the Theater, the Opera, Ballet, Concerts at Key Arena, Yummy Restaurants and much much more! Though it is important to note we are on a hill and all the sites are down the hill (its coming hone that is tough). The unit comes fully furnished (coffee pot!) and all everything you would need whether staying for a few nights, a week, or even a few months. Professional are also welcome to enjoy a home away from home while traveling on business or relocating for an extended period of time. Guests have access to the entire backyard and their own private space with bedroom (queen bed), full (bathtub and shower) bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and office space. This space has a Key Pad for entry, No key is needed and each guests is provided with a unique code to entry with check in instructions. We are happy to provide any information and guidance while in Seattle/staying at our place. Guests access the unit from the side yard. We will have as much as as little interaction as you want. We will check on you once you arrive and usually say goodbye. Then maybe see you throughout your stay. At anytime- knock on the front door for anything you need. = ) Queen Anne is one of the best places in Seattle. You can can walk to dinner, bars, and concerts. The neighbors are all very nice and this is very safe and comfortable area. Restaurants are down the hill on 5th Avenue North and Taylor Ave N. There is no need for a car- walk/bus/Uber are all the best options to get around the city. If you have a car, there is not an assigned parking spot. You can park free on the street. Most days you can park right in front or on the block. The Bus is just 2 blocks away. The 3 and 4 come about every 15 minutes. Uber and /or Lyft are also a great way to get around, as Car to Go. FROM THE AIRPORT! Transportation options. 1. Light Rail from airport to downtown. Cost is $3 a person. Once you get downtown you can grab a cab for about $6-8. To our place. You can also grab the bus. Bus will be $2.75 a person. Cash only. Light rail is our "subway" system. It runs from airport to downtown all day long. 2. Take a Taxi from airport to our area. This will be about $45-50. However you can look into "(URL HIDDEN) This is flat rate service to and from the airport that has to be pre booked. To our unit it is $32 plus gratuity. It is a "flat rate", which is guaranteed to be $32. 3. Take a Town car from airport to our area. This is about $75. Uber works but only the town car option. If you want Uber X then you need to meet them in a specific area. You can pick up Bus #3 and #4 from downtown location- Westlake Center. This is the last stop on the rail. ***However- I might recommend getting off the Light Rail 1 stop earlier at University to avoid the crazy last stop. It is much easier and hotels are right there to grab a cab from too. Or Bus #3/4 are also available right above the platform. #3/4 comes 2 blocks from us on Taylor and Prospect. Just walk up the hill 2.5 blocks! So pack ok to walk the hill. = ) Bus only takes exact change and it is $2.50 a person most of the time- during peak hours it is $2.75. Taxi is great b/c it is door to door- but of course it is the cost. As is Uber or other reserved car service. A taxi will get you here much faster- about 30 min or less. Light Rail and Bus will take a good hour and a half after you get your gear- plus walking to the rail. The light rail does show you some of the sights- so it is a nice way to "come into the city". So depending on when u fly in and check in timing- this can be great option. Light rail info: sound transit website Bus info: King county metro website Getting around the city is easy and we are 1 mile away from the market and stuff. To the stadiums you can take bus/light rail. Or a cab. Renting a car is good if you are going to explore the outer areas of Seattle. Otherwise it is best to use taxis and uber to get around, so you don't have to deal with high parking prices, finding a parking spot and parking tickets. We are in the city. To rent- always check out Costcotravel if you are a member. Best deals! There is a Queen Bed and lots of extra bedding and towels for your use if you are a long term guest. A coffee pot is ready for your use with a starter kit of coffee, sugar and creamer. It's a full kitchen with all the tools you will need for cooking in if you want. Parking is usually quite accessible. We are located on a HILL- and during busy times you may have to park a block away. The hill is how we get our view. But you will want to consider that for parking and type of shoes to bring. = ) During winter months rain and snow can make our location a bit tougher. No permit is needed, it is free on the street. If you need the driveway for move in or move out- don't hesitate to ask.

One Block Off Broadway - Hip Historic Capitol Hill

Unbeatable location, warmth and luxury in Seattle's hottest neighborhood. Enjoy the entire main floor of a classic yet fully updated 1901 Dutch Colonial home with private patio and covered porch entrances. Walk four blocks to light rail, ride 5 min to UofW, just 12 min to Stadiums, 40 minutes to the airport for $3. Free off-street private parking! Uber and Lyft available in minutes day and night. Three of Seattle's best coffee shops, plus over a dozen restaurants, bars, shops and a supermarket are just one block away on Broadway. Beautiful Volunteer Park is a lovely walk people and pups. Gorgeous updated 1902 Dutch Colonial with unique loft-style feel. You have entire main floor with outdoor patio. Perfect for a couple, two couples or single relocating (with lots of storage), or friends/family up to five. Both bedrooms have new queen beds with their own full baths (one with a two-person shower, the other a tub), with Starck low-flow toilets. Beds have locally made high-quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and quality soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. One bedroom has a long couch for an extra guest in-room. Pack-n-play crib for infants/toddlers. Amazing modern, wood and stainless sun-drenched kitchen has Jenn-Aire gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. I would love to tell you about the neighborhood, city and what to see or leave you to relax in this amazing location. The hippest, oldest, diverse walk-able neighborhood. Classic 1900s single family houses close to sparkling new apartments. My house is tucked into a quiet corner of this vibrant neighborhood of shops & restaurants. Walk score rated as a Walkers Paradise & Excellent Transit. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! Light Rail to Airport, Stadiums, Downtown malls and Public Market (Westlake and Pacific Place), Convention Center, Light Rail to the Airport (40 min), Stadiums (12 min), Downtown shopping (5 min) or University of Washington (3 min). Street Car to Pioneer Square, hospitals, or stadiums. Uber: Car Share everywhere. Car2go, ReachNow, ZipCar, Lyft and Uber always nearby in minutes and $5-10 to downtown. My wife and I have a small non-allergenic terrier rescue that we love, but... guests animals are discouraged because of the central location next to busy roads, hardwood floors and allergies of other guests. If you have one, please ask my permission first. Maddy is quiet, but does go nuts when the postman or UPS guy comes to the door.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Modern luxury building located in the heart of Downtown Seattle. Just minutes walking from Pike Place Market, Post Alley, Waterfront Park, Bubble Gum Wall, The Aquarium, Showbox, and Seattle Art Museum! Stadiums and Space Needle are a short 5 minute drive. Ferry Access and public transportation both close by. Amazing restaurants and shops just steps away. I can park 1 car free! Dog park on site! It’s truly an amazing location to see Seattle with convenience and joy.

Full Private Guest Suite - Near bus and downtown

Located in the heart of Seattle in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the top of Queen Anne Hill or the historic Fremont Bridge and district to many shops and restaurants. Full private above ground unit with sitting area and raised bath (think throne). Enter through a breakfast room where you can grab some coffee. In the summer sit outside to drink coffee, wine, eat or read. Note, no full kitchen. Neighborhood parking. 3 blocks from public transit. It makes for a lovely stay.
