Minutes from both Indiana beach amusement park and Indiana beach boat rentals. Boat dock available. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, both bath and beach towels. Fully rehabbed. Most furnishing are new including kitchen-equipment/accessories. Provided is an array of sundries including, bug spray, sunscreen, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Kitchen is stocked with basics such as sugar, coffee, tea, condiments, S/P and maybe a few treats and sticks to roast marshmallows or hot dogs.

It’s 10 minutes from Indiana Beach, 30 minutes from Purdue University, and just a short walk to the Madam Carroll and Sportsman restaurant. It has a friendly neighborhood and includes a dock walking distance from the home. The kids can swim in shallow areas of the dock. Unique tranquil Winter get away. ❄️☃️Built in 1931 is a very authentic rustic cabin , full of love and gives you a feeling of what it would be like to live in 1931 yet a few luxuries for todays world. The cabin is small & cozy, queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofa bed , 2 small futons in loft that would sleep 2 kids. Sleep 6 if 2 of guest were kids or young teens . Close by Madam Carroll ,Indiana Beach, Summer Beach House beach & Tall Timbers. 27 miles to Purdue !

Relax in our 3 bed 2 bath lakefront cottage in the heart of Lake Shafer. Enjoy several outdoor seating/eating areas and the party deck that overlooks the lake. Come nightfall, throw some logs into the fire pit and enjoy the lights and sounds of lake life! 2 kayaks with life vests included. Cottage is walking distance to Indiana Beach, Tippecanoe Country Club golf course-a Pete Dye course, putt putt, arcade, basketball courts, and go carts. Sorry but no pets allowed.

We also have a tiki bar. THIS IS A HOUSE RENTAL ONLY. We have our personal electric boat lifts you can use when renting the house. 65ft of shore front that is exclusive and private to abnb renters for laying out and swimming.
