Close to USF, Busch Gardens, Lowry Zoo, & just 12 minutes to downtown. Finally, small dogs are welcome (extra fee applies, see house rules for details) (no cats).

We have decorated our cottage with soothing colors, amenities and artwork to help you relax. You can paddle board and kayak, or just enjoy the sunset on the dock. Or take in any of the entertainment in close proximity... Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, the downtown Tampa River Walk, and Ybor City. Or almost any sport... Buccaneers football, Rays baseball, Lightning hockey. We are 15 minutes from Univ. of S. Florida, and 45 minutes from some of Florida's finest beaches. Come and enjoy as you please!

Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Pet fee $50.

Walking distance from Babe Zaharia golf course. 10 minute drive from our local attractions Busch gardens, adventure island, Raymond James stadium, Amalie arena, Steinbrenner field , riverwalk, USF, armature works, and the Tampa zoo. This unit comes with its own private yard,outdoor seating, and a free driveway parking space. Located near major highway.
