Walk out of the house and walk on to Cedar Beach! Our house is the only one situated directly on a public beach in the City! It is located on the bicycle path, and is two blocks from the Dunkirk Lighthouse, as well as Point Gratiot Park. There are lake views from the living room, kitchen, sun room porch & 2nd floor master bedroom. There are cathedral ceilings on the entire 2nd floor. The sun porch has a seating area for 4, where you can have your morning coffee and gaze onto the beach & water!

We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

The home is located just two blocks from the beach, a short drive to the SUNY Fredonia campus and within the Chautauqua wine trail. You will find it is very clean, well maintained, well stocked and provides a private backyard with covered porch. This is a great location for anyone who wishes to visit the campus, enjoy Lake Erie, explore Chautauqua County or coming into town to visit family. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
