Small cabin house near LakeErie.

Older, small house. Dated bathroom and kitchen, however, fully functional. Good for two. WiFi. Tv. Easy parking. Extremely close to Lake Erie. You can hear the lake on certain days. Small backyard. Older refrigerator. Hot plate, no stove. Coffee pot, dishes, apartment size washer dryer. I have some clothing and food products there, I stay as well for work. Rent to established Airbnb accounts. Reasonable costing. NOT MODERN. Old furnishings. If you want new shiny this is not it. 😇
