On the Beach & Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. Fun family memories will be made here. My comfortable,updated lakefront house offers beautiful views of Lake Corpus Christi in a quiet lakeside community. It is boat friendly with a private pier with lights. A game room above the boathouse provides indoor fun with shuffleboard, pool, and foosball tables along with the second bath. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, and coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, and families (with kids).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house upstairs is being rented only. Outside access only to the upstairs. All the pictures in the photo is upstairs. House sits on acre of land, it is secluded and very quiet. I have added a queen size bed. So the house has 2 queen size beds in the back room. Small kitchenette area. Smart tv and wifi included. No pets allowed.
