Yeti Summit is a separate unit behind the main house in a peaceful neighborhood, just two miles from Ouray. This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

Half Street Haven in Lake City

This unique three-story log home is on the edge of Lake City. It offers stunning mountain views. This colorful house can sleep up to 8 people. The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. Cute and cozy riverfront cabins with electric are available as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Cabins do NOT have water or bathrooms inside. Drinking water is readily available. Heated restrooms / shower facilities are a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily. Pets are allowed ONLY with pre-approval / additional deposit & nightly fees.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

It starts off steep but then becomes more gradual. A 4X4 with Low gear is a MUST!! Off-road experience a PLUS. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. Has solar lighting and we provide water jugs for your stay. Plus a composting toilet in attached bathroom! No Running Water

Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
