This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Harrelson's Seafood Market is a block away so you can cook low-country in the comfort of your own home. Or you can let Lee's Inlet Kitchen prepare it for you one block the other way.

Your pets are welcome (max of 2, please). We offer king bed in master, 3 wall-mounted TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We also use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. Absolutely no smoking ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 extra fee). Come stay with us. 🙂

The Marsh House

Quiet and convenience is a huge part of our lives on the southern end of the inlet. This is where you will find "The Marsh House". We offer a one bed, one bath apartment with private entrance and space with no stairs, laundry, Firerstick TV, Prime, Hulu, beach pass to State parks (upon request). We love the pups but please let us know to be expecting them, as we have our own. *** enquire, If you need help with your pet, we will be glad to help. Short walks or hangout upstairs with us.

Laundry room, WIFI, TV, corn hole, horseshoes, bogie boards, $150.00 non-refundable pet fee taken thru Airbnb must be on reservation limit 2 small dogs no dogs over 35 lbs. without owner permission. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown.
