Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
