Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
