Boasting a Queen size bed, a full kitchen and bathroom, and everything in between, you are bound to have a relaxing getaway... with a little bit of adventure! The spacious deck (with hot tub) overlooks the forest, and it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The Underwood Tiny House has been created to give each person who walks through its door an experience like none other!

This cottage has been completely remodeled. It is located on a small cove on the shores of Lake Ann. A private dock and lakeshore are available for water fun and relaxation. Enjoy a summer day lounging on the new deck, followed by a wonderful outdoor dining experience surrounded by a quiet lake setting. A fully stocked kitchen is available for food prep and free wifi is provided to allow full streaming and internet access. Electric car owners will appreciate an EV charger located in garage.

Sanford Lake Cottage

A 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located on no-wake Sanford Lake just outside of the village of Lake Ann. Centrally located between Traverse City & Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. A short drive to Empire, Leland, multiple wineries/ breweries, hiking and golfing. Sanford lake is perfect for fishing and kayaking. We offer 2 kayaks, one kid kayak, and one stand up paddle board for your family's enjoyment. The perfect Up North get away. Please note we do not have AC but offer fans for each room.

We are a seasonal rented home-(mid June-Mid August) hosting to small families or couples looking for peace and quiet. In the small village of Lake Ann, a short walk to a local brewery, pizza place, ice cream, general store, and coffee house. We have large windows with lake views, a good beach, not a steep drop off.
