Welcome to my newly renovated house with garden and a heated pool on the southern outskirts of Vienna. You will be in the center of Vienna or on the airport in no time. The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Liebevoll renovierter 60er-Jahre Bungalow in absoluter Ruhelage inmitten 1.000 qm naturnahen Gartens. Wohnbereich: Wohnzimmer (42 qm) mit anschließender Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern (je 14 qm), Bad, WC und Vorzimmer. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch für 4 bis 6 Personen und Schlafcouch (150 cm). Vom Wohnzimmer direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse (20 qm) mit großzügiger Sitzgarnitur. Bus nach Wien (Stadtgrenze 3 km/Zentrum 20) fährt alle halben Stunden. Zwei Supermärkte vor Ort. Nur fünf Minuten in den Wald.

Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Haltestelle befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt (Achtung, Google maps ist falsch!)

Hast du eine Affinität zu großstädtischer Kultur, präferierst aber eine ruhige Unterkunft rund um Wien? Dann bist du hier genau richtig! Entspanne dich nach einem aufregenden Tag in Wien in diesem ruhigen und stilvollen Haus. Hau dich aufs Gartensofa, baumel in der Hängematte, tauche im Sommer ins erfrischend kühle Wasser oder relax an kalten Tagen in der aufgeheizten Außenbadewanne. Wander im Wiener Wald, erkunde mit dem Rad das schöne Helenental... Du hast die Qual der Wahl.

Tennis and Golf in Breitenfurt, a few more Golf courses in the neighbourhood. Bus to Vienna, 2 minutes walk.

Relax in our quiet home in the middle of the green part of Vienna. The newly renovated studio is in an absolutely quiet location in Hietzing. With around 48m2 it offers a cozy home for four people. The apartment is equipped with all amenities: fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, kettle and cooking utensils, modern bathroom with waterfall shower, comfortable bed and sofa. The entire furniture is brand new and lovingly selected by us.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
