Parking for large vehicles and toys, beautiful views, and neighbors are acres away and mostly just cows, horses, and deer. Located 12 min to Downtown Durango, 8 min to Walmart, 10 min to airport, near Vallecito & Lemon, BLM near for hiking. Star gaze, enjoy the privacy, trees, views.

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Strawbale Cottage

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

Owls Nest

Owls Nest is a private loft studio that looks out at the stunning views of La Plata Mountains and the sweeping farm land of Florida Mesa. It is 15 minutes drive from Downtown Durango. We have appointed it with every luxury of a boutique hotel. Adorable kitchen & full bath. Kids and pets welcome! Relax and recharge on our small, organic farmstead while enjoying the majestic sunsets over Mesa Verde. This year, we are focusing on gorgeous flowers to brighten the view! The 14 x16 glamping tent has everything you need for a cozy stay - a woodstove, a queen-sized bed, solar lighting, electric blanket, and a pair of Adirondack chairs for late-night star-gazing. A private bathhouse offers a HOT SHOWER, sink, and composting toilet. Enjoy a home-cooked meal in the outdoor camping kitchen.

Wonderful Spacious Log Home for 4

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot tub, Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and dining area on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. We are open to having children. Please!
