Uniquely located at the foot of the property is the Great River State Trail which connects 101 miles of state bicycle trails, access to the 120-acre ecologically diverse Wittenberg Marsh, the Onalaska Spillway, the Black and Mississippi Rivers, and Lake Onalaska. There is a train that goes by, most people aren’t bothered by it.

Deposit yourself! Bank built in 1901, just 10 minutes on blacktop from Toppling Goliath Brewery. Located in Frankville Iowa and just a few miles up the hill from the Yellow River. Queen bed in one bedroom, single bed in another, and then a futon. Full kitchen stocked with pancake mix, sausages, and everything you need for them. City Park is four blocks away or Nintendo 64 and board games for rainy days. Also feel free to play whatever music you find, just return it. Large backyard and hammock.

The Camping Cabin was a chicken coop so bathrooms with warm showers are 35 feet away inside the Elegant Barn. In the middle of nowhere yet only 8 miles south of Sparta and 6 miles south of the Elroy-Sparta Bike Trail. Full homemade breakfast every morning included. Hand-feed our 2 pet llamas.

The upstairs apartment has a secure, self check-in entrance located at the back of the house, has 1 BR (double bed), bathroom (shower), kitchenette and living area. It has a remote controlled heating/cooling system, cable and internet-enabled TV/DVD, and Wi-Fi. Guests share the driveway, back entrance, laundry room, and back patio. The steps up to the apartment are steep. The space is 3 blocks from a charging station.
