Välkomna att bo granne med älgar och rådjur. I detta lilla mysiga hus bor ni på en egen tomt längst upp på Frejs Backe. Tomten har en stor altan runt tre sidor av huset, med sol till frukost, lunch och middag. Vid huset finns en stor gräsmatta lämplig för lek och spel. Omgivningarna består av ängar och vacker skog. 200 m till badbrygga och 800 m till klippor och strand i kvällssolen. Köket har spis, ugn, kyl & frys och micro. Det finns cyklar att låna för utflykter. Kolgrill finns för sköna grillkvällar! 5 minuters gångväg till tåget, och 35 minuter med tåg till Stockholm. (Kostnad för tåg ca 3,5 Euro) TV med Chromecast. Gratis Wi-fi. Det är ca 10-15 minuters gångväg till närmsta badsjö, och med cykel är det ca 7 minuter.

Njut av naturen när du bor på detta unika ställe. Du bor i vårt glamping/kupol tält med plats för två. Inga tillfälliga obokade besök tillåts på fastigheten utöver de två. Egen strand, uteplats, grillplats, vedeldad kamin och underbar utsikt. Maten lagar du över öppen eld eller på en kokplatta i tältet. Du roas av vågskvalpet som vaggar dig till sömns. Ni har tillgång till toalett och dusch i närheten av tältet. Dricksvatten finns i en dunk. Diskar gör du i havet. Varmt välkomna

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
