It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. The house is divided in 3 units of which 2 are offered on AirBnB (Garden private use by owner).

Lovely apartment close to city Center, ETH & Uni

Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

Surrounded by beautiful bars and restaurants. Perfect for afternoon sunlight. Dolder Bahn is only 5 min away and the lake 15 min walk. You’ll feel well connected in the city, forest and and the lake. A gym and 3 supermarkets are just 5 minutes away. I look for someone to take of the apartment for 3-5 month. Available for shorter stays as well
