Ο μοναδικός σχεδιασμός του σπιτιού και η στρατηγική τοποθεσία κοντά στα πιο εντυπωσιακά μέρη της κεντρικής Κρήτης είναι τα ιδιαίτερα στοιχεία του οικήματος.
