Hello Warsaw I Stunning Apartment above the Theater

Make your stay in Warsaw an unforgettable one in this elegant, spacious and uniquely decorated apartment. Located in the heart of the city, close to museums, galleries, shopping, restaurants, and the historic Old Town. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends, or theater buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor, and peaceful, yet central location. Fast internet (up to 150Mb/s) ideal for online work and Netflix. This charming apartment has lots of character and features two bedrooms with new queen-size beds, a large living room with original fireplace and tufted sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and bathroom with claw-foot tub. There are high ceilings and wooden floors throughout, and a large wardrobe for storage. The decor is chic and whimsical with a theatrical theme, an homage to the historic local theatre that is housed in the courtyard below. A perfect place for business travelers, couples, small groups of friends or theatre buffs. You will love the ambiance, light, stylish decor and peaceful, but central location. I enjoy hosting people from all around the world and have been an Airbnb Superhost for two years at my other Warsaw apartment (‘Apartment Palace of Culture View’ and ‘Charm of Old Warsaw’) I added this property because of its superb location, access to public transport and historic character. If you love theatre and the arts, this is the perfect place for you! Always ready to communicate with the guests. I live in Podkowa Lesna which is about 30 km from Warsaw. I am always on offer and happy to help my guests. My guests can feel free to contact me whenever they need during their stay. I send my mobile number right after I receive a reservation. I'm available on other communication apps too. I'm also ready to arrive to Warsaw if it is required. The apartment is in a building with a small theatre downstairs. Sometimes before a performance it is possible to walk along the red carpet in the courtyard. There is a lot of parking space around the building, especially comfortable along Orla street which is very close. The apartment is located 3 min to the metro station, 4 min to the tram and bus stops. I want my guests' stay in Warsaw to be really exceptional:)

Studio Panorama with AC and balcony

Studio Panorama has a beautiful view on the modern centre of Warsaw as well as on the old town. Old town is 10 min. walk away. Next to the apartment there is underground parking and a park . Public transport is available in the front of the building including tram, buses and metro. The building was constructed in the period of communism of the late 50-ties. We design the interior of the apartment with the elements of this epoque. Bearing in mind safety we make the disinfection after each stay.

Truly unique apartment designed by architect with loads of tasty touches which will let you enjoy this wonderful place. Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)!
