You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy. Spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Our Edwardian features on the exterior are complemented inside with modern features. It comfortably fits 4 people comprising of 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 long singles beds, ideal for adults or children. Situated only 100 metres from the Main Street, gives you easy access to shops, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. Bishop Townhouse & Clements House (next door) were built by Mr Bishop in 1904 for Mr Clements to accommodate tenants.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Hilltop Tiny Home with Outdoor Hot Tub & Hamper

Eppalock Hilltop Retreat is an Eco Friendly Tiny Home situated on 20 acres of secluded bushland in the Lyell State Forest. It boasts hilltop views of Mt Alexander and the Eppalock ranges where you will find an abundance of wildlife such as Kangaroos, Wallabies, Goannas and Lizards. Enjoy some local cider and chocolates included in your welcome hamper from the outdoor hot tub, or cozy up with a movie beside the mini log fire inside.
