Our quaint cottage is located on beautiful Kootenay Lake in Boswell B.C. 35 minutes north of Creston, 20 minutes south of the Kootenay Bay ferry landing. Peace and quiet awaits you with gorgeous lake and mountain views where hiking trails wait to be explored and a short 5 minute walk will take you to a beautiful, quiet beach. Fishing, Golfing, Skihill’s, Ainsworth Hot Springs , Zipline and Cody Caves are all within a days adventure. Our cottage is truly a perfect getaway, any time of the year!

Lovely downtown private queen bed suite.

Located just off the Main street in Nakusp, near restaurants and stores, the lake and beautiful boardwalk. A small and cozy suite, this air conditioned unit has a kitchenette serviced with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and dishes . Washer/dryer in suite. Private bathroom. Queen sized bed. Plenty of parking. We have a no pets and no smoking policy. Hot springs, mountain biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snow shoeing in winter, kayaking, boating and swimming in the summer.

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

Our pet friendly space is sure to please. We do allow DOGS for a fee of $60 for the stay. Sorry NO CATS. Please be sure to let Kadie know you are bringing a dog and to add it at the checkout. We get a gorgeous view of the Purcell Mountains and Kootenay Lake, and the suite is situated to take it all in. Lakeview Sunshine Studio has an open floor plan, with entrance and bathroom on ground level. Upstairs is the living area, kitchenette, and Queen Bed. Sunshine spills into the Studio from a large bank of East-facing windows.
