Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $5/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

Holston Springs Lodge and Venue, one of Knoxville’s premiere overnight destinations! Located on a gorgeous 55 acre horse farm and wedding venue in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. A hot tub spa, boarded horses on the property, 1 mile hiking trail and heated/air-conditioned wedding venue are available to visit with each reservation. *You'll have the space all to yourself if we have it listed to you. Welcome to the Black Bear Lodge. Relax and unwind in our beautiful cabin in the woods. You will love the privacy and the location. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from Turkey Creek and 20 minutes to downtown Knoxville and UT. Most Airbnb's are in residential neighborhoods, but ours is in the woods. Enjoy the outdoors with the close convenience of city life. We roast green coffee and provide a jar of freshly roasted coffee upon request. Must be at least 25 years old to register.
