Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on property. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

Meander around the trail surrounding the property and look out for birds and deer as you stroll through the pine needles and wildflowers. Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.

Creekside (Cozy Cabin) covered deck & loft bedroom

Our creekside cabin features a cozy loft bedroom, kitchenette, wood stove, heat pump, full bath, and TVs with DVDs. Outside, enjoy an oversized covered deck with seating, fire pit, grill, and beautiful views of Mosier Creek and the hillside. Unwind to the sound of the water in this peaceful setting, minutes from wineries, Gorge hikes, wind-surfing and Hood River. Wi-Fi is available but can occasionally be temperamental due to our rural Starlink service.

Our place is close to family-friendly activities and is great for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

Our 1920s cabin is nestled in the woods along the White Salmon River. 4 people max. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (Queen beds are upstairs in each bedroom, and one full size couch is downstairs). A couple with 1-2 kids can easily work too. What doesn’t work are 4 adults who need to sleep separately - that means doubling up in one of the beds. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.
