The private backyard is perfect for sitting in the sunshine or picking fresh mangos. Our location is ideal for those who want to explore all that the island has to offer, or those simply looking for a clean and convenient night's stay after a long airplane ride. Owner hosted -This lower level large studio has all what you need for a great vacation. The unit is located a 1/2 block off of Ali'i Drive. The unit is about 550 sq/ft and it has a nice size lanai .The unit has its own bbq grill and beach toys. A kitchen with the essentials and a small dining area. The room has a CalKing bed and Queen sz sofa pull out, TV in each area. 3 Guests maximum regardless the age. 1 bedroom apt. Pets upon request with a fee This unit is potential for noise.

Gated Tropical Retreat in Kailua Kona with Hot Tub

The Kona Palm Retreat is a private villa that’s a 5-minute drive from Kailua Kona town. The accommodation is private and well appointed. You have your own completely furnished apartment with its own tropical gardens and outdoor seating. There are no shared spaces. Our accommodations are very clean and well furnished, the Hot tub and BBQ area are only for you and your guests and are not shared. Monica and I live upstairs, we rarely see our guests and we respect our guests privacy.

It has beautiful lanais, a deck with hot tub downstairs, along with a workout room and ping pong table. KMH is close to several of Kona's beautiful beaches, the Big Island's most challenging golf, and has great views of the Kona coast. It is also adjacent to a Nature Preserve where you can hike for miles through the Forest. My home will make you feel like you live in Hawaii!
