From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Our place is located very close to Remarkable Ski resort, it’s about 3 mins to bottom of the mountain. And 7 mins to Queenstown airport. There is a children’s playground in the neighborhood. We have just installed a new SPA pool at backyard! You can enjoy Remarkable mountain view while using SPA. No Party or event at the house. Noise Sensor and Surveillance cameras installed on site (Facing outdoor entrance) to help prevent disturbances for our neighbors.
