Studio by the sea

A cosy studio 30 sq. m, 20 m from the seaside, 2 km from Aegina city (port) 30-min walk. It has a large room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and a small stovetop (no oven no cooking), and a modern bathroom. Air-condition, geothermal cooling. The studio, which consists of the elevated basement of a detached house, has an independent entrance, 8 steps below the ground, in the back yard that has view to the mainland of Aigina. The pool in the front yard is not available for the guests.

Fistiki House is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from some great tavernas, beaches, the main port and shops. Access to the house requires you to drive or walk 12 meters of a dirt road. There are two bedrooms - one large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. The apartment is situated at Neorio Beach and the distance from the port of Poros is 2,5km and 10m from the beach. There is a beautiful view over the sea and the apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning units. We provide all the necessary towels and linen.
