Centennial park is a 5 minute walk and includes walking trails, dog park, playground, and more. Downtown Kamloops is just a short 15 minute drive. We are a busy family of 4 upstairs; please expect to hear the pitter patter of little feet and you may also catch short stints of piano practice. "A Suite Above" is a gateway to adventure suitable for all seasons. You can enjoy a view of Shuswap Lake on your private deck with the natural gas barbecue - you’ll never run out of gas! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, coffee maker, kettle and other amenities that will allow you to have a meal on the deck or at the dining table in the suite. The suite is air conditioned and the living area has a cozy natural gas fireplace for those cooler days and nights.

Private cozy one bedroom legal basement suite on a quiet residential street. Fully furnished, separate entrance and private parking. Close to River's walking trail, Overlander's beach and downtown Kamloops. All shopping amenities are within 3 km. **Note - This is a legal basement suite but you may still hear some noise from upstairs during your stay. We have a cat upstairs who likes to play and a newborn.
