The house is located in the historic city center, 100m from the central pedestrian road and the main square. It is located next to the church of "Panagia ton Xenon" and almost next to the Public Library. Behind the house is a charming labyrinth of narrow streets leading to neighborhoods of the old town with characteristic houses, examples of its particular architecture. 200 meters far, there is the municipal parking area and main road of restaurants, cafés and bars.

The studio is located in the new part of the town, in the wider area of the Leukadian olive grove. It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. At the same time, it is only a short drive (about five minutes) from the wetland of the lagoon, and the beaches of Agios Ioannis, Gyra and Kastro. The route is also pleasant by bike.

Γειά σου! Είμαι Κατερίνα και ενοικιάζω το όμορφο διαμέρισμά μου, στην περιοχή Καρυώτες της Λευκάδας, που βρίσκεται σε μια πραγματικά ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το διαμέρισμά μου μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 3 άτομα και βρίσκεται στο πρώτο χωριό έξω από την πόλη της Λευκάδας! Είμαι πρόθυμη να σας βοηθήσω με οποιεσδήποτε ερωτήσεις και προτάσεις όπως πού να φάτε, να πιείτε ένα ποτό ή καφέ ή οτιδήποτε μπορεί να κάνει τις διακοπές σας καλύτερες!

Για την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών αλλά και την δική μας (λόγω Covid19) έχουμε λάβει όλα τα αναγκαία μέτρα. Τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν ξεχωριστή δική τους είσοδο, καθώς επίσης και εξωτερικό χώρο ανεξάρτητο σε κάθε διαμέρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι 35τμ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως τέσσερα άτομα.Τέλος κλιματικής ανθεκτικοτητας (Ν.5073/2023)8ευρω ανά διανυκτέρευση από 1/4-31/10.το τέλος καταβάλλεται μετρητοίς.
