Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. We are 10 minutes from the Kenai River and 12 minutes from the Kasilof River for some of Americas most excellent salmon fishing. It is 10 minutes from the cities of Kenai and Soldotna. Property is on a large 1.5 acre stretch of some of the best beach viewing in all of Alaska. Walk or fish from the beach.
