Apartment 4 at Inselhuus Felimar is a centrally located holiday apartment in the heart of the island of Norderney. The Inselhuus Felimar is located at Gartenstrasse 56, 600 meters from the beach and just 300 meters from the spa square. Its central location makes it an ideal starting point for both shopping and long walks along the beach. The apartment is on the first floor and boasts high, south-facing windows. It has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room (with a sofa bed), and a kitchenette. This makes it ideal for two people, or a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (we recommend this for children). Our holiday apartments are ideal for singles, couples, and families. Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Our houses are non-smoking.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit offenem Wohn-Essbereich, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder sowie eine Infrarotkabine finden sich in der Villa Hafenkieker. Im eingezäunten Garten lädt eine Sitzgruppe, ein Grill sowie ein Strandkorb zum Entspannen ein. Der große Spielplatz gegenüber lockt die Kids nach draußen, die vorhandene Play-Station 5 sorgt für unterhaltsame Abende. Ihr Hund ist herzlich Willkommen!

Die helle Wohnung bietet einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, großem Esstisch & gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das separate Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein komfortables Doppelbett. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich lässt sich als zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit nutzen, sodass bis zu vier Personen Platz finden. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Die Ferienwohnung „Groote Kaat“ befindet sich auf dem Sommerpolderhof in der Krummhörn zwischen Norden und Emden. Der Krabbenkutterhafen von Greetsiel ist von hier aus in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist 75 m2 groß und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und einem weiteren Bett (0,80 x 2,00 m). Ein eigener (eingezäunter) Gartenanteil, angrenzend an den der benachbarten Ferienwohnung, mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenliegen rundet das Angebot ab.

You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
