Náš apartmán se nachází v Libereckém kraji, 5 km od Jablonného v Podještědí a 2 km od hranic s Německem v Petrovicích v Lužických horách. Apartmán je v domě, kde bydlíme i my. To je na úvod důležité vědět. Nejsme anonymní pronajímatelé, jsme milá rodina s malými dětmi a jistě nás tu potkáte. :) Nám se tu bydlí krásně, je tu klid, čerstvý vzduch, rozmanitá příroda, v okolí spousty turistických cílů a pro hosty je k dispozici i venkovní vířivka pod dubem, vyhřívaná dřevem s hydro a arero tryskami

Altes Umgebinde im Zittauer Gebirge

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden Mit viel Liebe wurde der ursprüngliche Zustand des denkmalgeschützten Umgebindehauses von 1825 wieder hergestellt. Das zweigeschossige Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 11 Personen. In der alten Blockstube befindet sich die vollausgestattete Küche und die gemütliche Stube mit Kachelofen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen großen Raum für ca. 30 Personen. Der naturbelassene Garten mit Obstwiese kann zum Grillen und Verweilen genutzt werden. Eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Wir freuen uns darauf Ihnen ab Januar 2024 eine traumhafte, frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung anbieten zu können. Diese erstreckt sich mit 120qm über zwei Etagen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Fuße des schönen Berg Oybin. Der idyllische Ort lädt zum verweilen ein und ist perfekt für einen gemütlichen Familienurlaub. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6 Gäste. Auf Anfrage steht auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung.
