Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
