The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

Perfect for family fun and relaxation. Dive into the sparkling water that goes to 3 feet up to 12 feet deep. We do ask 1 hour notice to use the hot tub. Fire pit with seating for 8 to 10. A privacy fence surrounds the space, the back cover patio is perfect for morning coffee! POOL CAN’T be heated, ONLY the HOT TUB!

Pleasant Point is a quiet tiny home retreat set on open land beside a working cornfield, offering a slower pace and a true country feel. Mornings begin with wide-open views and golden sunrises, and evenings are best spent unwinding outdoors or listening to records inside the cozy space. While the setting feels removed from the noise of the city, the property is well located for guests who want to explore the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, making it a peaceful home base between adventures.

A wonderful home with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A large lot, completely fenced in back yard, with an in ground pool and a hot tub! A Nespresso machine with coffee pods for an inviting and rich cup of joe. A chef's kitchen that opens into the oversized great room living area. The house is near to a golf course at Kirtley park and we have golf clubs available for our guests. Across the street there is a lake and our guests can use the canoes and kayaks we have at the house.
