We are conveniently located in Mashpee with the Mashpee Commons only a 5 minute drive away along with many other stores, restaurants, activities and more. We have access to a Private beach for residents and guests that less than a minute walk from the house. John’s Pond is one of the best fresh water fishing on Cape Cod as well as many other water activities.
