A short drive to all the fabulous beaches, villages and national parks of Jervis Bay. The cottage is set amid towering gums and surrounded by a tropical, edible garden, with an emphasis on permaculture principles, including worm farms and frog ponds. Recycled and re-purposed items have been utilised to create garden art and to make a Byron-meets-Bali feel.

On fully fenced rural site 2 mins from Princes Hwy, 20-25 minutes to Jervis Bay beaches, walks, villages, great views, shopping and dining. No kitchen, but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), small sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco seating, BBQ. This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Wandandian Rural Tranquility - The Cottage

Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

Tawillah Milton Luxury Retreat for Couples

Tawillah is an exclusive accommodation for one couple with a king size bed. It has commanding views of Milton countryside and the nearby Budawang Ranges. The space features high quality finishes throughout. The generous bathroom has a stone bath, separate double shower and underfloor heating. Outside there is a large deck with sun lounges, fire pit and outdoor shower. This beautiful accommodation is just 2 minutes drive to Milton town and 5 min to Mollymook beach.
